Two additional specimens of Canadaphis carpenteri Essig are described from amber in a primary site in Alberta, about 78 million years old. The rostrum is longer than previously supposed, and as siphuncular pores apparently are present, the family Canadaphididae is placed tentatively in the super-family Aphidoidea.
